1883 Patrons List
History of Randolph, Monroe & Perry Counties

In the late 1800's, many counties produced a history book of the county residents, villages, businesses and earliest settlers. These books became known as "Vanity Books", as they usually profiled the most well-to-do personages and families, with sometimes overdone embellishments.

The books lists these persons, giving their occupation, their mailing address, their place of birth and the year they settled in that county. Below are those listed with Kaskaskia as their mailing address.
Those names with a * were from Kaskaskia village, and we can only assume the others lived nearby. (Twp 7 S Range 8 W)
